I recently spoke at NMHC Marketing and Technology conference in Dallas Texas. The panel focus was on mobile marketing including the state of mobile traffic (device, percent of visitors, search, video etc.) and QR codes. Below is a condensed version of a Live Digital Tour. It doesn’t really do it justice. I captured the video using GoToMeeting while Skyping with the leasing consultant at the property. The best thing about the Live Digital Tour is the interactivity with the person on the other side. You can guide them by asking questions along the way.
